All devices are programmed on a range of hardware using silicon manufacturer approved algorithms, with over 40 programming stations handling virtually all programmable devices available today, fed from automatic tray stackers, vibrating tube feeders or reels.
With the latest algorithms and hardware we can programme NAND Flash, Smart Media, MMC, SD, DiskOnChip, TransFlash, Compact Flash and other multi-chip packages in less than 10 seconds on our multisite systems, whether for prototype, small production or volume production quantities.
The company has capacity to programme over 7 million devices per month, offering a 24 hour, 7 day service with same day options available. We are an approved storage and handling location for many device vendors including Motorola, Texas Instruments, Quicklogic and Infineon, and the only approved European handling centre for Altera QFPs and European factory programming centre for Quicklogic, with all devices handled in a static, humidity and temperature controlled environment.
In May 2003, Action Circuits was approved as the only independent device programming centre for Xilinx in the UK.
